Letting a stranger in takes trust, so every step of our hiring is written down for you to check — and nobody is sent out until they've passed all of them.
Before anyone's first job

ID and address check
Original ID card checked against the house registration — or a valid work permit for non-Thai staff.

Criminal-record check
A Royal Thai Police background-check certificate before the first job, renewed every 12 months.

References checked
We call at least 1 previous employer.

24 hours of training
Safe product use, our room-by-room routine, special surfaces and manners in a customer's home.

Trial shifts with a supervisor
3 jobs alongside a supervisor before working without one.
- 06
Uniform and photo ID
Everyone wears a uniform and photo ID; we send the team's names and photos on chat before the visit.
Damage insurance
We hold public-liability insurance covering damage to your property caused by our work, up to ฿500,000 per incident, with insurer name. If anything is damaged, tell us within 24 hours with photos.
- The same team every visit on weekly and fortnightly plans
- No surprise substitutes — if the team changes, you get names and photos first
- Cleaners are salaried with social security, not paid per job
- No cash handling — you pay the company account only

What we clean with
Properly registered household products, with a fragrance-free gentle range for homes with babies or sensitivities. Colour-coded microfibre cloths per room (kitchen, bathroom, everywhere else) so they never mix.
