How far ahead should I book?
Usually 1–3 days. Before holidays, book a week ahead. Need today? Message us and we'll check.
What if something gets damaged?
Tell us within 24 hours with photos. We carry public-liability insurance — details on the Our cleaners page.
Can I keep the same cleaner?
Yes — weekly and fortnightly plans always get the same team; for one-off cleans, ask and we'll try.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes — send the name and tax ID when you confirm.
